I shopped several jewelry stores to find a new custom wedding ring. I picked Dukes. The big part of the story is I had a problem with the ring metal when it came. They worked with me in a perfectly perfect manner!!!!!! I could not have asked for anything more. I was helped by every employee with anything I needed!!!! I can only imagine what would have happened if I went to another jeweler. I will never shop at another place again. Because of their service, I will be a lifetime customer. I am also certain this was not unique to me. I have read enough reviews to know that their service is unmatched in every way to all their customers. :)

Dukes was a wonderful place to be! They were so kind and patient with me. They worked so fast! We got the jewelry back sooner than we could have ever hoped for. We will for sure continue bringing our jewelry here. I trust them fully. The repair was perfect!

Highly recommend! I took my mother’s wedding ring to be inspected and cleaned. Several prongs were replaced and the ring cleaned. When it was returned to me it looked like a brand new ring! So pleased with the care taken and the timely manner in which it was completed. I also appreciate that pictures of the ring and the estimate of repair is provided prior to leaving it for repair.

I have been a long time customer of Dukes Jewelry. I just had a custom ring made. It turned out so beautiful. Dukes were great to work with and very prompt. Pricing was reasonable, friendly and helpful staff. Love this company.

I'm embarrassed that it's taken this long for me to put a review down, but better late than never! Duke's Jewelers is hands down the best place to get an engagement ring in Utah County. We had been looking for months prior, but everything we were finding was completely out of budget. At Duke's, we were able to find something much prettier for significantly less. It was the first ring store I visited that didn't immediately make me feel like they were trying to rip me off. Not only that, I don't think they could have kinder and more friendly employees. I've gone in to get my ring cleaned quite a few times, and I swear they are nicer to me every time, even though they don't benefit from it. They made the shopping experience so fun and stress free, and I genuinely feel like I'm looking for excuses to go back there. 100/10 experience, could not recommend enough ✨

Amazing experience at Duke’s. Loren and Chloe were incredibly quick and helpful in creating a beautiful custom engagement ring. They even delivered it several days earlier than promised! They kept me updated with every step and sent me professional photos of the finished piece. Despite the already expedited service, their sense of urgency and attention made me feel like I was their only client. Thank you!

They had excellent service! I went in to get a watch resized and change the battery. It was a relatively short weight and had a fair price. The staff were very polite. I noticed that one of the pegs on the watch band was misaligned. They were able to quickly fix this hang up. They even offered free refreshments! If I ever need to get jewelry fixed again I will make sure to come to Duke's.

Dukes staff friendly and do helpful. Turned a broken bracket into beautiful earrings!!! Got repairs done quickly and got trade in for the gold that made my repairs less expensive. Win-Win!!

HOLY COW! I we sent here because I had a blue diamond that needed to be set in my platinum ring and another place referred me to Dukes! A week later I picked up my ring and was BLOWN AWAY BY HOW BEAUTIFUL IT TURNED OUT! This quality is better then anything I could have imagined. Better then Jareds, Kays, or who ever! GO SEE THEM! So friendly and honest and you will not be disappointed! THANK YOU DUKES!
